With market and customer both demanding quality, consistency as well as productivity, the Eversys team had a significant challenge on their hands and this is how the e’4 was created.
The e’4 mirrors the exact actions of a skilled Barista. From grinding to extracting, the e’4 technology replicates the age- old techniques passed on through generations of coffee aficionados. The e’4 end product, the coffee, embraces the flavours, aromas, colours and textures of a traditional hand crafted espresso.
Whilst others measure themselves by the quality of their coffee, we focus our attention on the traditional espresso, the only genuine reflection of ultimate performance. The e’4 also addresses the issue of productivity with 350 espresso/cappuccino per hour at the same time as dispensing continuous water for tea/hot chocolate, and steam.
